2020 Amador County Public Auction Sale of Tax-Defaulted Property
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORDER DATED MARCH 12, 2020 ISSUED BY THE AMADOR COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER, THE PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF TAX-DEFAULTED PROPERTY SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2020 HAS BEEN CANCELED. THE PARCELS PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FOR SALE ON MARCH 18 (AND NOT REDEEMED) WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR SALE AT OUR NEXT ANNUAL TAX SALE WHICH WILL BE HELD IN MID-MARCH 2021.
The next Amador County Tax Collector's sale of tax-defaulted property is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 10:00 am, in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Amador County Administration Center, which is located at 810 Court Street, Jackson, California. The parcels shown on the 2020 Tax Sale Listing, with the exception of parcels shown as REDEEMED or WITHDRAWN, will be offered for sale at public auction by the Tax Collector. The right of redemption on any parcel expires at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Parcels which have been redeemed or withdrawn will be removed from the sale.
