NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Amador County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.  to consider the recommendations of the Planning Commission on the following actions relative to the proposed Final Amador County General Plan:

  • the certification of the FEIR;
  • the adoption of CEQA Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding Considerations;
  • the adoption of a Mitigation Motitoring and Reporting Program;
  • the adoption of the proposed Final Amador County General Plan; and
  • the approval of the General Plan Implementation Plan.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the County’s update of its General Plan and the proposed Final General Plan are now available.  The Amador County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. (Notice of Availability and Notice of Public Hearing - FEIR and Proposed Final General Plan(JULY 8, 2016 - Notice_Appendix H added to FEIR).  The Planning Commission continued the July 19, 2016 meeting to August 23, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
