Amador  County now accepts credit and debit card payments through GovPayNet. Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or prepaid debit card, including:



Payments can be made for:

  • Library Fees
  • Lost library material

To make a payment, you will need the following:

  • Payment Amount ($1.00 minimum)
  • Name of person for whom payment is being paid
  • Name of the person who is making the payment
  • Address and phone number
  • Library card number for whom payment is being paid

Please note GovPayNet will charge a non-refundable service fee.
Minimum fee is $1.00 per transaction.  
Payments will take 24-48 hours to be posted to your library

GovPayNet is a privately contracted credit and debit card processor under an agreement with Amador County. The collecting agency is the merchant. If you have any questions about GovPayNet’s role, please discuss them with the contracting agency.
