STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Amador County Behavioral Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified
providers to implement a Student Assistance Program in Amador County Unified Schools.
The Student Assistance Program will be funded under the Mental Health Services Act
(MHSA) beginning July 1, 2019 for one fiscal year, ending June 30, 2020.
Qualified respondents may acquire a RFP package at the office of General Services

Sealed RFP’s will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at
12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other
courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; until 1:30 pm, Thursday, May 16, 2019, at
which time sealed RFP’s will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General
